Wayne and his team are the best. I sent an email through about rendering my new extension and within an hour Wayne had called me back and checked if I was available to meet the next day to measure up. His rendering team Scott and Lee are fantastic and did an excellent job in very harsh January weather. We chose K rend and Scott gave us extra tips on how to maintain it for the next 25 years. No mess and no delays we are very pleased with the result. Many thanks. 

We contacted J.L Lofthouse to quote for re-rendering the back of our house. Wayne almost immediately came out, gave us an acceptable quote and suggested a start date.
Within a few weeks the scaffolder’s arrived and quickly erected the required scaffolding and Wayne’s team commenced soon afterwards.
Work was obviously dictated by the weather and wet days were a non event but on better days the team always arrived as planned. They were friendly, courteous , efficient and tidied up carefully each day. We were so impressed with their manner that we decided to go on holiday for a week and had no compunction in leaving the team to continue the work in our absence as they were totally trustworthy.
Wayne kept us up-to-date with progress when we were away and upon our return we were extremely pleased with their standard of work and the tidy state in which they had left our property.
Wayne was always at the end of the telephone if we ever had any queries with the reassurance that they would be dealt with quickly and professionally.
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending J.L Lofthouse for any work that they may undertake as the professionalism and standard of work are the best we have experienced. 

We’ve used Lofthouse for plastering and rendering, and are very happy with results. Most impressed with communication channels maintained. We needed to know when works would be done (as most people would, i’m sure) and Wayne kept us up to date every step. Good, respectful and tidy lads – good workers. I have just had the gable end of my house wet-dashed by J L Lofthouse. I couldn’t be happier with the result, it looks really good, with great attention to detail. I contacted J L Lofthouse & Son Ltd to request a price for sorting out the stairwell in our three storey Victorian house, after they had been recommended to me by a friend. The ancient plasterwork in our house dated back to 1890 and in places it was literally falling off the stonework! Wayne came round promptly to see me and have a look around. He was very friendly and he came back to me with a price the next day. After receiving the go-ahead, his team started work a few days later, and I have to say they have done an outstanding job! The ancient crumbling walls and ceilings have been completely transformed and it now literally looks like a new house! The smooth finish they have achieved is magnificent – it’s almost like a glass surface in places. Every member of the team was very hardworking and efficient – and fast – the entire job was completed within just five days! All in all an amazing week’s work – obvious expertise, great value for money and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. 10/10″

The side of our house was in desperate need of repair! The render had a huge crack and the rain was getting in our home. After being let down not once but twice, we really did hit it third time lucky with these guys. Sent a message asking for a quote – got a really quick response and they were on site within a fortnight! INCREDIBLE!!

The lads are amazing! So lovely and really friendly, and so tidy! Every evening everywhere was left spotless before finishing for the day, even knowing that it was going to get messy again the day after, honestly couldn’t believe it. Won’t use anyone else going forward and will definitely recommend! Top service!
